I’ve seen my cappuccinos arrive with a nice design in the foam, but I’ve always just chalked it up to barista sorcery. Well, after going on a search of clips that expose the "foam rosetta," I’m pleased to find that it doesn’t actually look that hard! Just a little shake of the wrist when pouring the milk, and voila! And there's so much drama at those barista competitions... I’m going to try it. Anyone else?
