Video of the Week: Ted Reader Wants You to Do it All Year Long (BBQ, that is)

Earlier this week I told you all about my amazing meal put on by great Canadian and German Chefs at Palais Royale in Toronto. I got a chance to chat up a few of the chefs, including grilling expert Ted Reader. I asked him if we needed to cover our BBQs and wait until spring. Here's what he had to say:
