Lemon Meringue Freeze

  • 1 x pkg (6 serving size) JELL-O Lemon Pie Filling
  • 1 x lemon, grated
  • 2 x envelopes DREAM WHIP Topping Mix, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 x pkg soft ladyfingers
 
Directions:

Lemon Meringue Freeze

  1. PREPARE lemon pie filling according to package directions, stir in grated lemon and cool.
  2. FOLD in prepared topping mix.
  3. LINE a 9 in. springform pan with ladyfingers. Spoon in lemon cream filling. Freeze.
  4. · MAKE a meringue according to package directions using the leftover egg whites. Spoon over frozen cake. Broil until meringue is browned. Freeze cake again until needed. Thaw at room temperature for 15 min before serving.
